Jesus. Check out this right-wing-freak attack on Margaret Cho. Here’s the best line so far: “Please go back to your native land your overweight, fisting lesbian. America has no room for your kind of intolerant hate-spreading.”
Apparently, most of these psychos wrote after reading transcript pieces from Cho’s act on freerepublic.com, which, I can’t help but notice, sports a banner for the Linda Tripp Defense Fund with an airbrushed-to-shit photo of blonde Ms. Tripp herself. (I learned from the emails to Cho that it’s not okay to be a fat brunette who talks about sex. I guess it’s okay to be a fat blonde who just listens to the talk, though.)
I don’t get into politics much here, but I’d just like to take this time to say that I really hate George W. Bush and I hope to God he doesn’t get reelected. The ugly emails linked above strenghthen my prejudice against self-identified “right wingers”. I mean… like the right-wingers, I am prejudiced against a lot of kinds of people, too. But you don’t see me spending time or money trying to legislate changes to those people’s lifestyles. Or trying to run them out of this country.
Call me a fat ugly liberal if you want (I actually consider myself sort of moderate,) but don’t waste my time trying to reason with me via email if you somehow support Bush. I won’t enter the email fray because I’ve learned from long experience that there’s no use trying to reason with assholes who believe God is on their side. (Or who want to preserve their elite status and don’t care who gets hurt on the way.) But I do wish, every day, that the psycho redneck conservatives, as a race, would hurry up and become extinct.
